Step 1.
Open your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, or other).
Type http://em.tsu.edu/ on the address line at the top of the screen.
Click on “Go” to enter the Enrollment Services web site.
Click on “MY Web/ Do it Online.”

Where indicated, enter your user ID and your temporary personal identification (PIN) number. If you can not login to the system with second try, please click on "Forgot PIN?" with User ID entered (no password). On third failed attempt, your account will be locked, and clicking "Forget PIN?" after that will not help you. Please read the page for valuable information.

You must change the temporary PIN if you see the page looks like below.
In the field marked "Re-enter Old PIN," enter same PIN you have entered in the previous page. In the field marked "New PIN,"
enter new PIN number (You must choose any six-digit number as your new PIN number (0-9)). "Re-enter new PIN" number as instructed
in the next field.

In your first-time login you will see a page that looks like below. This step is very important because if you forget your PIN, you will be asked for your sequrity question and answer. And you if you fail to provide the answer as you are creating in this area, your PIN may not be reset for security risk. Carefully select and type your question in the field marked "Enter Question." A good choice would one of your memorable event that you will never share with others. Type your hint (case sensetive) in the field marked "Answer."

Accept the terms of usage, by clicking on "continue."

Click on "Enrollment Services" to select classes and view your class schedule, view grades, holds, unofficial transcripts, Account Summer, balance, payments, and financial aid information.

Click on "Personal Information" to view TSU ID, view or update address(es) and phone number(s), view or update e-mail address information, view emergency contact information, or change your PIN.
