Texas Southern University is located southeast of downtown Houston.
From I-10:
Take I-45 south (towards Galveston) and follow the I-45 directions
From US-59:
- US-59 going North, take TX-288 and follow the TX-288 directions
- US-59 going South. take I-45 south (towards Galveston) and follow the I-45 directions
From I-45:
Take the Scott Street exit. Go south on Scott
Street (turn right if going south or turn left if
going north), and pass the lights at McGowen,
Elgin, and Holman Streets. Turn right at
Cleburne Street (Burger King). TSU is on the
left, past the Tierwester Street light.
From TX-288:
Exit at Southmore Boulevard. Go east on
Southmore Boulevard (turn left if going south or
turn right if going north), and pass the light at
Dowling and Live Oak Streets. Turn left at Ennis
Street (at the stop sign). TSU is on the right, just
past the Blodgett Street light.
