When will I get my refund?
The refund process begins after the 1st class day of each semester, and is processed daily for the first 20 business days (twice a week following the 20th day). Please visit Refund Policy and Schedule page for more information.
To check the status of your refund login to the MyWeb account at http://em.tsu.edu/
- Review your Account Balance:
- Enrollment Services -> Student Records -> Account Summary by Term -> Account Balance
- If your account shows a Negative balance, your refund has not been processed.
- If your account shows a Balance of $0.00, your refund has been processed
- Your check has been mailed to the specified Mailing address*.
Refunds are mailed via US Postal service to you at the last mailing address posted in your MyWeb account at http://em.tsu.edu
- To view your Personal Information, navigate in MyWeb to:
Personal Information-> Update Address and Phone(s)*
*Please ensure that you have a current and valid US mailing address in the MyWeb system.
